Our BCM methodology
starts with a BCM Strategy covering a Business Impact Analysis that will determine
the recovery objectives for the business (BC and DR). Next phases include the
planning, design and implementation of the solution, closing out with a
test simulation.
BCM is no longer a
trend in Risk Management. Nowadays, firms are putting major effort to
ensure proactive
solutions are in place aiming to mitigate risk of business interruption in case of a major
operational disruption (MOD)- that may be provoked by any of human error,
vandalism, terrorism, pandemic diseases, climate disasters etc.
